deced Maketh oath that her said late husband
in his life time Rented a house in Oxford
Street in the parish of St Mary Le Bone in the
County of Middx and paid Twenty Pounds a year
Rent for the same and lived in such house for
about the space of Twenty Six Years And that
he did not afterwards rent a house of Ten
Pounds by the year or upwards Nor serve any
Parish offices nor do any Act to this Deponts
knowledge or belief to Acquire a subsequent
settlemt Nor hath she this Deponent to her
knowledge information or belief done any
Act since her said husbands Death to Acquire
or gain a settlement in her own right


Sworn this 27th. day of
January 1759 before us
