John Conyers< no role > being one of the People Called
Quakers upon his Solemn affirmation Saith
that about Thirty four Years ago he lived in
Roed Maid Lane then part of the Parish of Saint
Dunstan Stepney in the County of Middx and
Since & Now Part of the Parish of Saint George
in the sd. County of Middx and during
this affirmants residence there which was
for Several Years he this affirmant Paid
all Parochial Taxes And by Means thereof
gained a legal Settlement there And this
affirmant hath not Since rented a house
of Ten Pounds a Year Nor Served any
Parish offices Nor gained any Subsequent
Settlement to his knowledge or belief
