his apprenticeship with one Mr. Abbott a Carpenter
in Cow Lane in the Parish of St. Sepulchre in the Liberty only
City of London and by Means thereof gained a legal
Settlement there And that he was never a hired
Servant by ye Year Nor rented a house of Ten
Pounds a Year or upwards Nor Served any Parish
offices nor gained any Subsequent Settlement to
her knowledge or belief And that the sd. William
