James Teague< no role > maketh Oath that he was about fifty Years ago
bound an Apprentice by Indre for ye Term
of Seven Years to Nicholas Mathews< no role > then
of ye Pish of St. Olive Southwarke in
the County of Surry Waterman in that part
of ye sd. Parish which is now as this Dept.
believes [..] ye Parish of St. John Southwark
and lately constituted a Parish & taken out
of ye sd. Pish of St. Olive and that he
lived with his Sayed Master upwards of one Year
and was then propod into ye Govermts.
Service And this Depont. Sayth yt he never was
a hired Served by ye Year Since his Apprenticeship
nor rented a House of ten Pounds, a Year
or upwards nor Served any Pish. Offices nor done
any Act to acquire a Subsequent Settlemt. to
his knowledge or believe
