Ann Fleming< no role > Singlewoman Maketh Oath
that about Three Years ago she was bound
Apprentice by Indenture by the Church Wardens
& Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of St. Mary
White Chapel to Patrick Dempsey< no role > of Cartwright
Street in the Parish of St. Botolph without Aldgate
in the County of Middlesex and that she served
her said Master there under the said Indenture
about Two Years when he deserted her and
went over to Ireland as she has been informed
& has not been in England again to her
knowledge or belief, that she never was turned
over to any other Person to serve the remainder
of the Term to come in the said Indenture
nor has she served any Person under the
said Indenture with her said Masters Consent
or done any Act to her knowledge or Belief
to gain a Subsequent Settlement
