Oath and Saith, that some time in the Year One
Thousand Seven Hundred and Eighty Nine, or
was hired and lived as a hired Servant by the Year
with Mrs . Mary Smith< no role > of No. 2 , Kendall Place , in
the Parish of Saint Mary Lambeth , in the County
of Surry , at certain Yearly Wages, and continued
such Service under such hiring for the space of
Fourteen Months or thereabouts, that she has not
since she quitted her said Service lived as a hired
Servant by the Year for the space of one Year
together, or done any Act to her knowledge or believed
to gain a subsequent Settlement in any Parish
Precinct or Place whatsoever
