Continued Thursday 10th. July 1794 .

That a Setter addressed to the Committee was read from
Mr. Richard Woodhouse< no role > Apologizing for his non attendance
and requesting that his Son might be permitted to attend
for him to which the Committee had agreed.

That upon the application of Mr. Boulton for seperate
Leases to be granted of the 5 Houses in St. Martins Lane
at ground Rents amounting to £82. Pr Annum And also
for extending the Term of the Building Lease for the Stable
from 31 to 61 years at £104 pr. Annum.

The Committee had resolved that his application could not
consistent with the Interest and the Rules of the Hospital
be complied with.

And has ordered that a Lease of a Farm at Wainfleet
should be granted to Mrs. Elizh. Wright< no role > which had been
promised to her late Husband.

That the Treasurer had proposed to the Committee that
the Printing for this Hospital should be done at the
Philanthropic Reform which proposition the Committee
had approved.

That the Treasurer had appointed Mr. Lewis Peacock< no role >
of Chancery Lane to be Stationer to this Hospital and
the Committee had approved the appointment.

And it appearing to the Committee that a claim of
£15. 2. had been made on and paid by the Tenant of the
Farm in Oxfordshire by the Under Sheriff for Issues
which the Committee were inclined to think ought to
have been borne by the Parish or hundred at large.
