The Minutes of the last Court were read and confirmed except the
order for Robert Couling< no role > to be enquired after for Mr. Fowkes Gift the
consideration of which was referred back to the House Committee.

The Minutes of the House Committee of the 4th. December 1793 and
1st. January 1794. were read whereby it appeared

That the Committee recommended the Revd. Joshua Ruddock< no role > M:A:
Mr. Chs. Wilkins< no role > Mr. John Fennell< no role > and Robt. Drummond< no role > Esqr .
to be Governors of these Hospitals .

That the Surveyor had laid before the Committee a Plan and
estimate of a Reservoir for water to be constructed upon the top
of the Engine house and had come to some resolution thereon.
