Five hundred pounds to the Curables of Bethlem and Five
hundred pounds to the Incurables And that Sir Edward Turner< no role > Bart.
his Executor has paid the same And Mr. Treasurer Now Moves That
a Staff be Order'd to Sir Edwd. Turner It is thereupon Orderd That s Staff
be sent Accordingly and This Court doth Elect The Rt. Honl the Ld.
Lord Visct. Folkstone and the Honble Thos. Willonghly< no role > Esqr Governors of these
Hospitals and It is order that Staves be forthwith sent to them

himself and of his hopefullness therein And Report to the Court

by Indre dated the 7day of Decemr. 1750 And by Order of Court the 10th
day of Decemr. 1760He was made free of this City the 2 day of October 1761.
And is set up for himself in his said Trade at Mrs. Maclouds in New Street
Fetter Lane And praying some part of Mr. Fowkes Gift
It is Order'd That Sir William Hart< no role > Edwd. Umfreville< no role > Esqr. and Mr. Depty Long
or any Two of them be Desired to Enquire if the said Richard Dollary be
set up for himself And of his hopefullness therein And Report to the Court.
