Upon Reading a Report from the Comittee of this house dated
the 26th. day of November 1761 under the hands of John Wallington< no role > Esqr.
Trear, Mr. Robert Gamon< no role > Mr. Saml. Bates< no role > , Mr. John Saffory< no role > Mr.
Samuel Seawell< no role > , Mr. Henry Crank< no role > and Mr. Samuel Read< no role > as
follows Vizt.This Committee in Pursuance of an Order of
Court dated 3d. July 1761 Enquired into the behaviour of James
Littlefield
< no role > and from the Information they have received are of
Opinion that besides the Ten pounds he has received of Mr. Fowkes
Gift He deserved Ten pounds of Mr. Locks Gift which is Submitted
to the Judgment of the Court and Order'd to be Reported to the next
CourtThis Court haveing duly weighed and Consider'd the sd
Report Doth Confirm the same And Order that the Clerk do
pay the said James Littlefield Ten pounds our of Mr. Locks Gift

the 10th. day July 1761 under he hands of John Wallington Esqr Trear
Mr. Samuel Seawell Mr. Samuel Read and Edwd. Umfreville< no role > Esq as
follow ViztThis Comittee in Pursuance of an Order of Court dated
the 10th. day of December 1760 Enquired into the behaviour of Robert
Hadwen
< no role > And from the Information they have received are of Opinion
that besides the Ten pounds he has received of Mr. Fowkes Gift He
deferred Ten pounds of Mr. Locks Gift which is Submitted to the
Judgment of the Court And Order'd to be Reported to the next Court
This Court having duly Weighed and Consider'd the said Report Doth
Confirm the same And Order that the Clerk do pay the said Robert
Hadwen Ten pounds out of Mr Locks Gift

At this Court the Charge was read to Bamber Gascoyne< no role > Esq &
William Brocket< no role > Esqr . as Governors of these Hospitals

Orderd That it be referr'd to the Comittee to take Into their
Consideration The Agreement Enter'd into by Mr. Weston And to Advise
In what Manner to Inforce the same and Report to the Court.
