about 10. o' Clock on Saturday Night last Stolling about Fleet
=Street much in Liquor, and being a loose idle and Disorderly Person
and a Comon Night Walker.

Bridge Memorial


{Upon Reading a Memorial of a Sub. Comittee Appointed by a Comittee duly
Authorized Carry into Execution an Act for building a bridge Cross River Thames
from Blackfryers in the City of London to the Oposite side the County of Surry-
as follows Vizt.

That the said Committee have thought That it will be an Improvement if the
Passage leading from Fleet street to the Intended bridge was Carryed in as Streight a Line
as can Conveniently be done, To which End it will become Necessary to fill up Fleet ditch,
and to pull down and remove a Part of the Possession of this Hospital. And Therefore
the Committee have Appointed Your Memorialists to request that this Honourable
Court will give Authority for Treating, as to the Setting out, Setleing, or Exchangeing
what may be judged Necessary for the Publick Accomodation It is Order'd
that the said Memorial be referr'd to the Committee of this House to Consider thereof
and to Treat with the said Sub Committee (and to Report their Opinion thereon to
the Court.

Upon Reading the humble Petition of Anthony Deane< no role > Esqr . Assignee of Two
Leases heretofore made to Sir William Warren< no role > Knt . & another Lease to Geo Page< no role > Mercht .
as follows Vizt.

That on the 16th. of March 1674 The then Governors of Bridewell Hospital Did
Demise and Lease unto Sir William Warren Several peices of Ground Messuages
premisses in Wapping Street , King Edward street , and Cinaman Street To hold.
from Michas then next for 99 Years at the Yearly rent of £4. which will
Expire at Michas 1763.

That on the 5th. day of May 1676 The Governors of Bridewell in Consideration of the
Surrender of a former Lease and of the Costs and Charges laid out and to be laid out in building
Did Demise and Lease into Gregory Page< no role > three peices of ground and the Messuages &
Premisses thereon in or near Cinamon Street and Wapping Street To hold from
Lady day then last past for 87 Years and an half at the Yearly rent of £20..10
and which Lease will also Expire at Michas 1763.

That the said Gregory Page on the 25th. of September 1683 by Indorsement
on the said last mentioned Lease Did Assign the said three peices of Ground Messuage.
and premisses unto Sir Anthony Deane< no role > and Elizabeth Deane< no role > for the Residue of the
whole Term in the said Lease Granted, And your Petr. by Several [..] Mean Assignment
