[..] Comos to whom the Petr. was refd. to
[..] able to make him Report}


Sir John Phillips< no role > having Informed the Court That the Committee of The
Honourable House of Commons To whom the Petition presented by this Hospital
to be relived against the Expenses Attending an Act lately passed [Intitled an Act for
Dividing and Incloseing Certain Open and Common fields and a Common or
Wast called Northleigh Heath within the Parish or Township of Northleigh in the
County of Oxford ] was referrd have Proceeded there in but have not been able to make
a Report before the Rorogation of Parliament.

Clerk to Treat with & receive
proposals from the Comrs. Clerk [..]
& to settle all Matters Complaind
of by the Sd. Petr}


It is Order'd that the Clerk of these Hospitals be Impower'd to Treat with and
receive proposals from the Comrs. Clerks Sollrs. and Agents concerned in passing & carrying
into Execution the said Act [of those Persons or any of them shall think proper to apply
for that purpose) And to Settle and Adjust All Matters Complained of by the aforesaid
Petition.

Northleigh Mr. Trear to
pay £43. 14 towds. the Expence in
Building to part Etc


{ It is also Order'd that Mr. Treasurer do pay £43. 14 - towards the Expence
on the aforesaid Petition to parliament in Discharge of the Fees due to the Officers
at the House of Commons.

Order'd that Mr. Treasurer do pay such Simon as shall be Agreed to be paid for
the Shore of the Hospital Expences in passing and Carrying into Execution the said
Act of Parliament of the same can be Settled.

Clerkes his Sureties approved


Order'd That Sir John Morgan< no role > Bart . and William Searce Hall< no role > Esqr . be
Approved as Sureties for the Clerks due performance of his Office who are to
Execute a Bond in the Penalty of Two Thousand pounds with the Usual
Condition.

A Motion being made that in regard to the Extra ordinary Diligence of
Mr. Samuel Mackley< no role > the porter of this Hospital a Gratuity be given him for
his good Services for the time past and the Sum of Twenty five pounds being
now proposed And the Question thereupon put It is Ordered That Mr
Treasurer be desired to pay the said Mr. Mackley £25 as a Gratuity for his
said Services
