was Served part of his Apprenticeship to George Male< no role > deced & the
other part to James Farnsworth< no role > one of the Artsmasters by Indre
dated the 16th. of Septr. 1748.

At this Court John Hughes< no role > was Order'd to be made free of this City
who Served his Apprentice to James Smith< no role > one of the Artsmasters
by Indre dated the 8th. of April 1748.

Upon Reading the humble Petition of William Bostock< no role > Needlemaker
SettingforthThat he Served his Apprenticeship is this Hospital to Sutton
Sharpe
< no role > by Indre dated 21st. Janry 1747/8 and by Order of Court 6th. of June
1755 he was made free of this City the 3d. of July last and is set up for himself in
his said Trade at William Reynolds< no role > a Baker in Turnmill street Clerkenwell
And praying some part of Wm. Fowshes Gift Mr. Deputy Ballard, Mr. Richard
Reily
< no role > and Mr. William Singleton< no role > or any two of them are desired to Enquire
whether he be set up in his said Trade and of his hopefullness therein and to
Report to the Court.

of Low Layton in the County of Essex Esqr. Setting forthThat at a Court 17 Novr. 1749 the Govrs.
Orderd a Lease to be made (with Usual Covenants) to Daniel Ferrand< no role > late of London
Merchant since deced of a House in Lymestreet Square (No. 4 ) then in Occupation of
Mr. Levy (part of the Possions of Bethlen Hospital) for 21 years Determinable on
Notice one year before the Expiration of the first 11 years to Comence from Xmas then
next at £22:10 P Ann rent door of Taxes & to pay a Fine of £100 & to layout £80 in
Necessary repairs According to an Estimate then given & wch have been done & the Fine
paidBut the sd. Danl. Ferrand happen'd to dye before any Lease was made

That at a Court 11th. of April 1754 upon the joint Application of Mr. Ferrands
Widow & the Petitioner Waters the Governors were pleased to Order a Lease of the sd.
Premes to be made to the Petr. Waters for the Remr. of the said Term of 21 years.

That the Petr. Oliver has since Agreed with the Petr. Waters for all his Right &
Interest in the said premesAnd praying the Governors will be pleased to
Order the sd. Lease to be made to the Petitioner Oliver for the Remainder of the
Term of 21 years now to comeThis Court doth Order that the sd Lease be
made to the Petitioner Oliver Accordingly.
