At this Court the Charge was read to Mr. Robert Acose< no role > as
a Governor of these Hospitals

Merston Eliz. Lease of 2 Messs it
Wapping (No. 26 27) to be made to His
[..] of her husband Lawton


Upon Reading the humble Petition of Eliza. Marston< no role > Widow Setting forth
That her late Husband Lawrn. Marston< no role > deced Agreed to take a Lease from
the Govrs. with usual Covenants of 2 Messes or Tenements Scituate &
being near King Edwd. Stairs at Wapping (part of the Possions of Bridewell
Hospl.) for 21 Years from Laday 1746 at £8 P Ann rent clear of Taxes
& to lay out £221 in repairing the premes According to an Estimate then
given & to pay a Fine of £80 which Sd. repairs have been done & the
Fine paidAnd that her said Husband dig'd before the sd. Lease was
made having by his will made the Petr. Sole Extrix thereof who
has since proved the same in the Prerogative Court of Canterbury
And Paying That the sd. Lease may be made to her as Extna
of her said Husband for the Remainder of the sd. Term yet to come
unexpiredThis Court doth Order That the said Lease be made
to the Petr. as prayed.
