Upon Reading a Report from the Comittee of this House dated 11th.
June 1755 under the hands of Mr. Deputy Martindale Mr. Calvert Benn< no role >
Mr. John Hankins< no role > Mr. Charles Lowth< no role > and Mr. Henry Hall< no role > as follows Viz.
This Comittee in Pursuance of an Order of last Court Enquired into the
behaviour of James Emery< no role > and from the Information they have received are of
Opinion that besides the £10. he has had of Mr. Fowkes Gift he deserves £10
of Mr. Locks Gift which is Submitted to the Judgment of CourtThis Court
having duly weighed and consider'd the sd. Report doth Confirm the same And Order
that the Steward do pay the sd. James Emery Ten pounds out of Mr. Locks Gift.

Judgment of CourtThis Court leaving duly Weighed and Consider thesd. Report
doth Confirm the same And Order that the Steward do pay the sd. Thomas
Robson Five pound out of Mr. Locks Gift.
