Setting forthThat the Petr Mary is Intitled (under a Lease from the
Governors to the sd. Theophilus) to several peices and parcells of
Ground in the sd. Precinct at the Yearly rent of £60 for 56 Years from
Midsr 1725 which will Expire at Midsr 1781 O.Swith Liberty
to them to Surrender the same at the End of the first 16 Years of the sd.
TermAnd Praying the Lycence of the Court to her to make such
under Lease This Comittee having Considered the same are of Opinion
to grant such Lycence to the sd. Pet Mary Armit which is Newertheless
Submitted to the Judgement of the CourtThis Court haveing
duly Weighed and Considered the sd. Report doth Confirm the same
and gave Lycence to the sd. Petr. Mary Armit to make such Under lease
to the sd. Chrisr. Masterman & Thomas Peacock as pray'd.
