Upon Reading the humble Petition of Peter John Forssteen< no role > of
Lyme street London Gentl and Joseph Gaylord< no role > of Thames Street
London Groser as follows ViztThat at a Court holden the
24th. of Novr 1752 The Governors Ordered a Lease to be made to
the sd Petr Forssteen of a House in Lymestreet (No. 8 ) from Xmas
then next for 21 Years at £25 P Ann rent clear of Taxes payable quarterly
at the Compting house at Bridewell Hospital upon his laying out
£80 in Necessary Repairs before Midsumer next and making the
same Appear to the Satisfaction of the Comittee of this House &
Executing a Counter part of the sd. LeaseThat the Petr has Accordingly
laid out above the sum of Eighty pounds in Necessary Repairs of the
said premes And has Agreed to Assign Over all his Right & Interest in
& to the said Lease & premes to the Petr. Joseph Gaylord who is
willing to Accept thereof on the same Terms and Conditions as-the
said Lease was Intended to be made to the Petitioner Forssteen &
to Execute a Counter part thereofAnd praying the sd Lease may-
be made to the petr Joseph Gaylord instead of the Petitr Forssteen
It is Ordered Accordingly.

Upon Reading the humble Petition of Sir Jeremy Sambrooke< no role > Bart .
as follows Vizt.That the Govrs. by two Several Indres of Lease
the one dated the 12th. & the other the 20th. days of April 1675 Demised
to Sir William Warren< no role > since deced (among other things) Several peal,
a parcells of Ground Mosses and Tenemts. on the South side of Wapping
Street in the Parish of Saint John Wapping in the County of Middx
for the Term of 89 Years which will Expire at Michas 1763 O.S.
wch sd. Lease & premes by Mesne Assignmts. are Vested in your Petr.

That the Petr. has Agreed to make an Assignment or under lease
to Robert Fletcher< no role > of the said Parish of Saint John Wapping Ship Wright
of part of the said premes Vizt A peice of ground with the buildings
thereon Erected A Cutting South on the Thames and North on a 6 foot
Passage & East on a 10 foot Passage from Wapping Street to the Thames
and West on other ground belonging to the Hospital Containing in length
from East to West in the South side 126 feet and on the North side
130 feet and in breadth from North to South on the East side 32 feet
and on the West side 30 feet for the Term of 9 Years & three quarters
of a Year from Michas next which will Expire on quarter of a Year
before the sd Leases from the GovernorsAnd praying that
he may have the Lycence of this Court to Assign or Demise the said
grod. and buildings to the sd. Robert Fletcher as aforesd It is Ordered Accordingly
