Upon Reading the humble Petition of Robert Bolton< no role >
of the Parish of St John Wapping in the County of Middx
Sailmaker Setting forthThat the Governors by Indre
dated 31st. July 1763 Demised to James Isaacson< no role > Esqr 6
Messes & ground on the North side of Wapping Street and
2 yards on the south side of the sd Street To hold from
Midsummer 1703 for 51 years at £18 P Ann rent for the
first 12 years and £50 P Ann for the Remr of the sd
Term which sd Lease will expire at Midsr. 1754
That the Petr proposes to take a Lease (will
usual Covenants between the Govrs. & their Tents.) of the
4 Easter most Houses and ground on the North side of Wap
Street and the Easter most yard on the South side for 51 yrs.
to comence from the Expiration of the sd Lease in being at
£25 P Ann clear of Taxes and to Lay out £800 in building
and repairs and to Execute a Counter part of such LeaseAnd
praying the Govrs. to grant him a Lease According to his said
ProposalsIt is Ordered that the sd. petition be
referred to the Comittee of this House of consider thereof &
report their opinion thereon to the Court.

of St. Botolph Bishopsgate London Carpenter Setting forthThat
by Indre of Lease Dated 7th. Febry 1738 The Govrs Demised to
the Petr. Benson and Wellington 19 Messes with the backsides &
yards in old Bethlem being part of the Possessions of the said
Hospital of Bethlem Viz 6 Messes on the South side of Bethlem
Court and 7 on the North side and one Messe lying partly behind
the 2 Wester most of the sd 7 Messes and 5 Messes on the
East side of the Passage at the Easter most End of the sd. Court To
hold from Laday 1738 for 21 years (with will expire at Laday
1759) at the yearly sent of £60 clear of all parliamentary &
other TaxesThat the Petrs Benson & Wellington being
desire as of makeing an Absolute Assignmts of the sd Lease and
premes to the Petr. Meller for the Remr. of the sd Term of 21 yrs.
now to come an unexpiredAnd praying the Govrs. that the
Petrs. Benson and Wellington may have By come to Assign the sd.
premes to the Petr Mellor for the Pamr. of the sd TermIt
is Ordered that the sd. petition be referred to the Comittee of
this House to consider thereof and Report their Opinions thereon
to the Court.
