Upon Reading the Proposals of William Love< no role > of the Parish of
Saint Botolph without Bishopsgate London Carpenter Setting forth
That he proposes to take a Lease with usual Covenants of
three Houses in Bishopsgate Street (No. 20 ) late in the Occupation
of Ralph Thrale< no role > Esqr for 21 years from Midsumer next at £50 P
Ann Rent clear of Taxes payable quarterly at the Compting house
at Bridewell Hospital and to lay out £300 in Necessary Repairs
and to Execute a Counter part of such LeaseIt is Ordered
that the said proposals be referred to the Comittee of this House
to Consider thereof and Report thereon to the Court.

Bing< no role > of the Parish of Saint John Baptist in the Isle of Thanet in the
County of Kent yeomen as follows ViztThat by Indre of Lease dated
1st. May 1751 The Govrs. Demised to the Petr. Evers a Messe or Tenent with
the Malt house Pidgeon house Barns Stables buildings Garden Orchard
yard thereto belonging And all these Several peices or Prells of Arable &
Pasture Land containing by Estimation 120 Acres with the sd. Messe
usually Occupyed lying at place called Garlings alias Gallows in the Parish
of St. John Baptist and Minster or one of them in the Isle aforesaid
being part of the Possessions of the sd Hospital of Bethlem To hold
from Michas 1743 for 21 years at the yearly rent of £75That the
Petr. Evers has Agreed to part with all his Right and Interest in the said
Lease and premes to the Petr. Bring for the Remts: of the sd. Term of 21 years
yet to cause and unexpiredAnd praying the Govrs. will please to
Accept from the Petrs. Evers a Surrender of the sd. Lease and to grant
a Now Lease to the Petr. Bing of the same premes from Michas last for
the Remt. to come of the sd. Term of 21 years at and under the same rest
