of a house in Lyme Street Square (No. 6 ) and a Vault under it
(part of No. 8) at £60 P Ann rent clear of Taxes form Laday 1750
for 21 years Determinable at the end of the fast 14 Years on
6 Months Notice of either sideNow upon Reading a better
from the said Mr. Andrew dated 14 Instant That besides the £200
Allowed him for repairs he has laid out £300 more for the Improvement
of the Estate and Desires the sd. Lease may be made for 21 years certain
It is Ordered Accordingly.
