Upon Reading the humble Petition of Benjamin Lamb< no role > of
King street Westminster Tailer Proposeing to take a Lease (with usual
Covenants) of a house in Saint Martins Lane Charing Cross (No.6 )
late in the Possion of Joseph Hudson< no role > for 14 years and ¾ from Middsr.
next at £19. P Anm clear of Taxes payable Quarterly at the Compting
house at Bridewell Hospital and to put the premes into Tenantable
repair at his Own Charge and to execute a Counter part of such Lease
And praying your Worships to Grant him a Lease According to his
said proposal.

Street in the Parish of Saint Giles in the Feilds in the County of Middx
Cabinet maker for a Lease of the same House at £20 P Ann for the
same time and Terms

Court in the Strand in the Parish of Saint Martins in the Feilds in the
County of Middlesex Victualler for a Lease of the same house at £18 P
Ann for the same time and Terms.

Clare market in the Parish of Saint Clement Danes in the County of
Middlesex Currier for a Lease of the same house at £20 P Ann for
the same time and Terms.

It is Ordered that the said Several Petitions be referred to the
Comittee of this House to Consider thereof and Report their Opinion
thereon to the Court.
