That a Lease may be
[..] of 3 houses in Wapping
(No. 36
) which at a Court holden the
1st. day of November 1744 was Ordered to be made to the sd. Cornelins Taylor
for 21 years from Laday then next at the rent of £12. P Ann clear of Taxes
and a fine of £200 which the sd. Cornls. Taylor paid & Agreed to lay out £300
in RepairsIt is Ordered that it be referred to the Comittee of this
House to enquire whether the Ann of £300 has been laid out in Repairs
and to Report to the Court.
Bethlem Addition of Colls.

Mr. President Acquainting this Court that there are Petitions before the
Weekly Comittee at Bethlem for the Admittance of Twenty Seven Petients
for whom there is no room It is referred to the Ground Comittee to give
Directions for fitting up some Cells for Men & Women in the Second Storey
as soon as Conveniently can be done and to Agree with the Workmen
for the same

Also it is Ordered that it be referred to the Ground Comittee of
Bethlem to consider what Servants more may be Necessary upon the
Addition of CellsAnd a Proper Person to Attend at the Kemptos of
the Womens Ward to prevent the Woman from coming out and the

going into that WardAnd what Alteration it may be proper to make
in relation to the fees normally paid upon the Admission of Patients into
the said Hospital & to report their Opinion to the Court.
