West be carried back by one of the Beadles of this Hospital & Delivered to
one of the Officers of the said Parish.

as a Governor of these Hospitals.

sent £100 for the use of Bethlem Hospital by the hands of Mr [..]
who is desired to return the Thanks of this Court to Messr Fludyer for

This Court doth Elect the following Gentl to be Govrs of this Hospl Vizt.

And doth Order That Staves be forthwith Sent to them Notwithstanding
