a Time of £80 and lay out £22 in repairing the premesThat since the Petioners said Aptmr

he has laid out the Sume of £457 in repairing the said Premes as by the Bills and receipts for
the same which he is ready to Produce will AppearThat in regard the Petr. has laid out above
£200 in repairing the premes more than he Agreed to do with the GovernorsAnd praying
the Governors to grant him an Additional Term of Ten Years to the Lease he has already agreed
for and that two Leases may be made of the premes and the Rent Appportioned as the Governors
