being near old Gravel Lane in Wapping To held from Xmas 1717 for 51 Years at £20 PAnn [..]

the Petr. for the remainder of the said Term of 51 YearsThat several of the said Messuages was
burnt down by the late dreadfull Tue in Sepr. last 1745 whereby the Petr. is likely to becomes against
SuffererThat of the Governours will be pleased to grant the Petr. a Lease for an Additional
Term of 30 Years to comence from the Expiration of the Lease is being of the Ground whereon she
said Messes stood that were lately burnt He proposes to layout £800 in Building a Sugar
House on the said Ground and le pay a Fine of 20 Guineas and the Ground Rent to be Apprenticed
on the Governours shall think fit And to Execute a Counterpart of Such LeaseAnd praying a
Lease according to his said ProposallsAnd the said John Camden< no role > being called impey [..]
to make the Fine 30 Guineas & being called in a 2nd. time proposed to make the Fine 50 Guineas
and the Rent to be apportioned at £10 PAnn for the Ground whereon the Houses street that more
burnt down & £10 PAnn for the rest of the ground Comprized in the said Lease to Maddox
This Camee having considered the said last proposal are of Opinion to accept the sameAnd
that upon the said John Camdens surrounding the said Lease in being a New Lease be made [..]
of the ground between the Green Yard & Blackmore Alley (whereon the said Houses stood wch. wek [..]
and damnified as aforesaid) And the Wast ground lying Westward of Blockmore Alley from Xmas
1745 for 53 Yrs. at the Yearly Rent of £10 payable quarterlyAnd that another Lease [..]
