62 years from Midsummer then next at the yearly Rent of £4.15.8And that the
Petitioner as Representative of the said Mrs. Bream became intilted to the said House and
premisses for the residue of the Term which is almost expirdAnd praying that the
Governors will be pleased to grant him a new lease of the said premisses for 21 & Years to
comence from the expiration of the present Lease at ye yearly Rent of £5.-.- & to pay a fine
of ten GuineasIt is ordered That it be referred to the Committee of this House
to consider of the said Petition and to report their Opinion therein to this Court.

that they are very proper persons to be Governors if the Court shall think fit Vizt.
