Upon reading the humble Petition of Francis Pinnes< no role > Setting
forth that he served his apprenticeship to James Cundel< no role > one of ye
Artsmasd . of this hospital by Indre dat 25th March 1707 and was made free this City the 23d day
of Novemr . last persuant to an Order of Court of the 13th. of ye Same
Mouth and is Set up for himself in his said Trade in the new
way near St.Thomass hospital in Southwarke And praying
Some part of Mr Locks Gift to Enable him to carry on his Said
Trade It is Ordered that Mr Samuel Rush< no role > Mr Lawrence Parker< no role >
and Col Meggot three of the Governor s of these hospitals or
any two of them be desired to enquire whether ye said Francis
Pinnes
< no role > be Set up in his said Trade and of his hopefullness
therein and to make their Report to this Court.

Busher Robt< no role > .an apprentice
publickly Corrected}


Upon reading A Report from the Comee of this house bearing date ye
Twentieth day of January last in the words following Vizt.At this
Comee Thomas Swynburne< no role > weaver one of the Artsmasters Complained
of Robert Busher< no role > his apprentice who has Served about half his time
that he run away Last Bartholomew on tide and Staid out a week &
run away again last Christmas day in ye morning and was not heard
of till Saturday the 16th Instant when he was found in Southwark &
that he gives out he can now get his liveing at his Trade and wants to
be discharged from his Master Whereupon It is Ordered that ye sd
Robert Busher< no role > be kept to work at the Hemp Clock till the next Court
and that the matter be then Reported to the Court for their further direction therein
And this Court haveing also heard the Said Mr Swynburne & Busher
It is Ordered that ye said Robert Busher< no role > be corrected in the prsence of
7 of the rest of the apprentices in this hospital

Thomas Swynburne< no role > weaver one of the artsmar s. complained of John Clayton< no role >
(who was bound apprentice to John West< no role > late one of the Artsmaster
whom he served about 3 years and was ordered to the said Swynburn
upon Tryal) that he has run away several time and ye said Clayton
being called in and confessing the Charge It is Ordered that these
John Clayton< no role > be Corrected in the presence of the rest of the apprentices
in the hospital
