. had Sent One hundred pounds for the
use of Bethlem Hospital
to be applyed towards the Releife of such
patients there as Shall be Judged Jucorable and the mony was
accordingly paid by Mr. Cart to Mr. Treasurer Where upon
the said Mr. How was unanimously Elected a Governor of these hosptll.
and It is Ordered that Mr Cart be desired to return the thanks
of this Court to Mr. How for his Benefaction and to acquaint him
that ye Court will take care the mony shall be applyed To the us
he intends and that this Court have unanimously Chosen him
one of ye Governor of these Hospitals

Bethlem Hospital for Incurables.

by Mrs. Turner for the Releife of Incurables being
£20 P Annum in the Long Annuitys to be divided between Bethlem
and st. Thomas's Hospitals

desirous ye same Should be witt into ye South Sea Company and that this
Court wou'd please to give Orders that ye Trear of these hospitals Should
have power to do ye same on be half of Bethlem HospitalIt is
Ordered that Mr. Trear be impowerd in Conjunction with the Treasr. of
St. Thomas's hospital
if they think fitt to Subscribe the sd Annuity to
the south sea Company.

the Comee to whom the Petitions of Mr. Armit & Mr. Cordwell were
Referred and also a Subsequent Petition of Mr. Cordwell were
Referred back to the Same Comee a Debate arise & the Question
was putThat ye Order of last Court whereby the Report from the
Comee to whom the petitions of Mr. Armit & Mr. Cordwell were Referr'd
and also a Subsequent petition of Mr. Cordwell were Referred back to ye
same Comee be ConfirmedIt passed in the NegativeThen the
Question was put That the Report be Confirmed it passed in the affirmative
Whereupon It is Ordered that a Draught of a Lease of the promises in
