Upon reading the humble Petition of John Burr< no role > Tailer Setting
forth That he had Served part of his apprentice Ship to William
Atkins
< no role > deced and the Remainder of his time to John Young< no role > late
Artsmasters of this hospital and in persuance of an Order of this Court
of the 6th March 1712 he was on the 6th Novemr. 1717 made free
of this City and is Sett up for himself in his Said Trade in the
Parish of Berstead in the County of Kent two Miles Beyond Maidstone
And praying Some part of Mr. Locks Gift to enable him to carry on
his said Trade And also upon reading a Certificate from the Vicar &
Churchwardens of Berstead that the Said John Burr< no role > is Sett upfor
there in his Said Trade And Mr. Stede one of the Governors of
these hospital having likewise assured Mr. Treasurer that the
knowes the Same to be true It is Ordered that the Steward
do give and pay to yd Said John Burr< no role > Tenn pounds out of Mr.
Locks Gift to be allowed him in his next account

The Clerk acquainted this Court That sr . Edmund Turnor< no role > late of Londo.
knt . deced Did by Indenture bearing date on or about the 19th day of July
1679 Assigne over an Annuity of £50 & Aund (part of a greater Sume to
Which he was intitled by Letters patents from King Charles ye 2d.) issueing out
of the hereditary Revenue of Eprize to sr . William Turner< no role > knt . and aldran
then president of these hospital Benjamin Durane< no role > Esqr . then Treasr. of the
Said hospital John Chase< no role > Citizen & Apothecary of London & Ellis Crispe< no role > of
Winsbolden in ye County of Surry Esqr . two of the Governor s of the said
hospital (all Since deceased) and their heires In Trust for the said Hosptls.
And That ye Sd sr . Wm Turner< no role > being the last Surviveing Trustee The sd. Trust
is descended to Charles Turner< no role > of Kirk Witham in ye County of York Esqr . as
heir at Law of ye sd. sr . Wm. Turner Whereupon It is Ordered by this
Court That ye sd Charles Turner< no role > Esr. be desired & he is hereby desired to assigne
ye sd Annuity to sr . Wm. Wither< no role > knt & aldran president of these hospital John
Tayler
< no role > Esqr . Trear sr . Francis Forbes< no role > knt & aldran Auditor all Wm. Wither
of London Esqr . Tho: Rawlinson< no role > of London Esqr . Henry Marshall< no role > Citizen and
Draper of London (amongst other) Governor of the Sd hospital and Joseph
Taylor
< no role > gentl Clerk of ye Said hospital and their heirs In Trust to and
for the uses intents and purpose in ye sd Indenture mentioned And that ye
Clerk do pay Charges of the said assignment to be allowed him in his next
account
