Disappointed in the Business which he had in view when he made
the said AgreementThis Comee are of Opinion (if the
Court thinks fitt) That ye said Lease be made to [..] Mr
Petter accordingly who agreed to accept ye Same and earn to a
Counter part there of and gave a Guinea to the poor BoxThis
Court doth Confirme ye said Report and Order that a
Lease be made to ye said Mr Pother accordingly

In persuance of Several Orders of the Court This Comee have
taken into consideration the several Petition's of Mr. Tovey
Mr Rolfe Mr Keylevey & Mr Chubrey for four Sigrate Leases
of Several ports of ye houder Stables and Ground at Charing Cross
belonging to
Bethlem hospital
which were decided by ye Governor

hospitals by one Lease to

whom the petrs are respectively intilled to their Severall parts
of the premisses) for seventy years from Mid sumr. 1649 at
Ten Shillings P Annum rent Which will expire at Midsumr.
nextAnd several of the Gentlemen of this Comee having
viewed ye said premisses and it appearing that ye Lease of ye
houses and Ground adjoining which also belongs to Bethlen
hospital will expire at Mid Sumr. 1728 This Comee wer.
of Opinion That us New lease Should be made of the sd
premisses deceased to Mr Bridal for a Longer Terme than
Nine years from Mid Sumr. next that ye Same might expire at
ye Saw fine with ye said other Lease with which the
Peters were all made acquanitedAnd this Comee haveing
also received proposals from Mr.D' Blossier Tovey and
Several other persons for all the said premisses comprized in the sd.
Lease to Mr Bridal and haveing considered ye Same Do approve
of the proposals of ye said MrD' Blossier Tovey as the
best, which are as followeth vizt.That he will to be a Lease
of the said premisses comprized in the said former Lease to Mr
Bridal for ye Terme of Nine Years to Comince from the 24th
day
