having on ye 14th. day of June last agreed in the
the Comee at Bethlem Hospital
to take the Warehouse under ye East part of the sd hospital of Bethlem
in the Condition it then was with the yard or passage thereto belonging on the
South Side of the said Warehouse at the yearly rent of £35 payable
quarterly and to take a Lease thereof for the Term of fifteen years to Comence
from Mid sumr. then next wth. Such usual Covenants as are mentioned in ye Leases
from the Governors of the said hospital to their Tenants and he putt ye sd
Warehouse into repair at his own charge the one halfe to be flood Westward
and the other halfe to be Gravelled The Comee were of Opinion that a Lease
be granted to ye said
