Palmer Tho< no role > : to have a Lease
of St. Warehouse under ye
East part of Bethlem }


Thomas Palmer< no role > of Broad Street London fruiterer having on ye 14th. day of June last agreed in the
the Comee at Bethlem Hospital to take the Warehouse under ye East part of the sd hospital of Bethlem
in the Condition it then was with the yard or passage thereto belonging on the
South Side of the said Warehouse at the yearly rent of £35 payable
quarterly and to take a Lease thereof for the Term of fifteen years to Comence
from Mid sumr. then next wth. Such usual Covenants as are mentioned in ye Leases
from the Governors of the said hospital to their Tenants and he putt ye sd
Warehouse into repair at his own charge the one halfe to be flood Westward
and the other halfe to be Gravelled The Comee were of Opinion that a Lease
be granted to ye said Thomas Palmer< no role > of the said premisses accordingly This
Court haveing duely weighed and considered the same firm ye said
Agreement & It is Ordered That ye Surviveing Trustees for these
hospital Vizt. sr Wm Fazackerley< no role > Mr. Wm. Rouse< no role > Mr. Bigley Wilson< no role > Mr
Gabriel Smith< no role > sr . Wm Humphreys< no role > knt . and Barront and Alderman of Loud
and Mr. Wm. Gardiner< no role > be desired to Seal a Lease accordingly

Gibbon Edwd< no role > . Esqr . to have
ye Warehouse under ye
West part of Bethlem for 2 yrs.}


Edward Gibbon< no role > of London Esqr . having on ye 11th day of Vizt. instant
agreed with ye Comee at Bethlem Hospital to take the Warehouse under the West part of the sd hospital of
Bethlem [mark] for two years from the 25th instant (if Mr. Olmens Shoud
thenquit the same as he did) at forty pound go Auned rent payable quarterly The
Comee were of Opinion That ye said Warehouse be Let to ye Said Edward
Gibbon
< no role > accordingly if the Court thinks fitt This Court having duely weighed &
considered ye Same doth Confirm the said Agreement.
