Upon reading the humble Petition of John Tovey< no role >
of Setting Forth That
Mr Walter Bridal< no role >
deced held Severall houses at Chareing
Cross
under a Lease from the Governours of Bethlem hospital
for Seventy years from Midsumr. 1649 at 10s. P annu Rent
And that ye said Mr. Bridall by his Will devised ye said Premisses
to his four Daughters and in the right of one of them the Petr. is
intitled to a Coach house a Stable and a Smiths Shedd (being a fourth
part of the sd. premisses during ye Remainder of the Terme to come in
the said Lease which will expire at Midsumer. 1719 And praying to
have a new Lease of the said fourth part of the sd. premisses for ye
Terme of 61 years to Comence from Midsumr. 1719 at ye Rent of
forty Shillings P Anum and ye Petr to rebuild ye said fourth part of
the said premisses It is Ordered That the consideracon of
the said Petition nbe referred to ye Comittee of this house who are desired
to Report to ye Court what they think proper to be done therein
