South side of Wapping Street under a Lease thereof from ye Governors. of Bridewell
hospital to her mother Katherine Brown< no role > deced wch. expires at Michas next) proposed to
take a new Lease of ye Same house for 31 years from Michas next at the old Rent of
Twenty Shilllings P Annu & to pay Forty pounds for a fyne Excepting the passage
as now it is on ye East side of ye premisses leading to a back house belonging to ye sd
hospital now in ye occupation of John Tell< no role > Vintner And ye sd Elizabeth Arnalls
sd. husband being now at Sea She desired to have ye said Lease made to Isaac
Taylor< no role > of upper Shadewell in the County of Middx Ironmonger who will execute a
Counterpart thereof This Comee are of Opinion That a Lease be made unto ye sd
