hands were for Doctor. Yalden but some of the Governor s. declareing they
were not Satisfyed therein and desireing a Poll betcasen the said Mr.
Hinton & Doctor Yalden the same was granted And a Debate
arising and the question being putt that the said Poll to taken by
Ballotting it passed in the negative Whereupon it was desired that such
of the Govrernor as were for the said Mr. Hinton Should withdraw into
the Chappel and such as were for the said Doctor Yalden Should
withdraw into the Dineing Room of this Hospital which being done Tellers
were apprnted vizt. John Cottle< no role > Esqr . and Tho. Rawlinson< no role > Esqr . who
haveing taken an account of the Several numbrer and the Governor
who were withdrawne returning into the Court room the said Teller declare in the presence of the said president
and all the Governors. again assembled together that the Number of the
Governor. who withdraw into the Dineing room for Doctor Yalden was
Seaventy Three and the number of Governor who withdraw into
the Chappel for Mr. Hinton was Sixty Nine Whereupon it
is Orderd by the Court that the said Doctor Yalden be admitted
Minister and Preacher of their Hospital and Precinct untill the
next Election day And that he do imediatley enter upon the Datys
and Sevices incident and belonging to the said place
