Upon reading the humble Petition of Robert
Turner
< no role > , Joseph Pratt< no role > , and Henry Jennings< no role > assigneer
under a Comission of Bankrupt awarded agt Francis
Bradshaw
< no role > Setting-Forth That by order of this
Court of the 22d. day of Decemr 1709 the said Bradshaw
was to have had a Lease of a house in Fleet street (late
in the possion ofMonk) for 21 yeares to Comence)
from xmas then next and was to pay £65. fine and to
lay out £35.. in repaires That the sd Bradshaw had laid
out £35 in repaireing ye premisses but could not pay his
Time and therefore had not the Lease That ye Petrs had Charis
the rent which the sd Bradshaw was in weare & that one
James Tickner< no role > a Sadler in Chancery Lane was willing to take
the sd house for ye Same terme & under the same Rent & Covener
& to pay ye same fine as Bradshaw was to have done which
wou'd be Some benefitt to the Creditors And praying that
the Lease night be granted to the sd James Tickner< no role > in Stead
of the sd. Bradshaw It is ordered that a Lease be made
of the said Premisses to the sd. James Tickner< no role > -accordingly.
