should allow him Twelve pounds p Annu out of the salary and
pquisites of the sd Office dureing the pleasure of this Court
to which they all answered they were concented so to doe And
then they were all Severally put in nomination in the same Order their
Petitions were read and the plurality of hands appearing to be
for the sd Edward Anderton< no role > Peter Pickering< no role > & Tho. Weston< no role > they
were again put in nomination and then the Majority of hands
planely appeared upon the view to be for ye sd. Peter Pickering< no role >
Whereupon the sd Peter Pickering< no role > was declared duely elected
And It is Ordered That upon such Security being given by the
said Peter Pickering< no role > as Shall he approved of by the Comee of
this house that he & his family upon notice given to or left
for him or them by order of the president or Trear & any

will depart from this hospital and also to indempnifie the Govrs
