of his office which is of late much increased by the number
of Patients more than formerly used to be in the house
And Doctor Tyson likewise acquainting this Comittee
that the Steward has of late been and Still is much out of
Order in his health This Comittee considering his long
Service great age and present infirmity is of Opinion
That the said Steward be allowed a Servant to assist him
in his business dureing his indisposition he being
Answerable for him to the Governours of the hospital
and that the Steward have Such an allowance for such
Servant as the Governours shall think fitt And It is
Order'd That this opinion be reported to the next Court
and this Court haveing duely weighed and considered the sd
Report doth Confirme the same and Ordered the cons
of the allowance proper to be made to the said Steward
for such Servant be referred to the same Comittee to report
their opinion therein to this Court

Also
hospital have been lately
laid out in the purchaseing of the ground Rent of Riches
Court in Lyme Street of the value of Sixty pounds per ann
for the benefitt of the hospital of Bethlem And
that One hundred Guineas part of the said purchase money
was the late liberal benefaction of the Right Worshippll
Sr Thomas Rawlinson< no role > Knt . and Aldran of this Citty and
President of these Hospitals for which the yearly Sume
of Five pounds is by the purchase Deed reserved out of the
said rent to be forever applyed for and towards the
repairs of the said hospital of Bethlem as the free
gift of the said Sr Thomas Rawlinson< no role > according to his
desire and the Order of this Court made the 24th. day of
October last
