Mr Francis Forbes< no role > Mr William Grubb< no role > and Mr Braham Smith< no role >
five of the Governours of these hospitals which Report is in
these words vizt Att a Comee at the hospital of Bethlem
Saturday 13th. Decemr. 1707 Mr Steward Yates acquainted
this Comittee That he being at present very infirm and
much indisposed is advised That his necessary for him to
goe into the Countrey for sometime for recovery of his
health and desired That he might be allowed to have a
Servant to assist him in the Management of the business
