This Comittee being mett in Psuance of Two Orders
One of the 5th of March 1702 And the Other of
the 1st. of Septemr. 1704 Whereby it was Referred to ye
to Inspect the prmisses in Old Bethlem and Treat wth
Mrs. Isabell Finch< no role > about a New Lease of the same
and haveing Viewd the prmisses and the Lease thereof
formerly lett to Mr. Robt. Finch< no role > and Isabell Finch
of the white horse Tenemt. and haveing heard the
Proposalls of the sd. Isabell Finch for a New Lease
of the prmisses and of the Baker house thereto
Adjoyneing and the Groune thereto belonging
and haveing Advised wth our Workmen do think
it Reasonable that the sd. Isabell Finch shall
have a New Lease of the prmisses wth the sd. Bake [..]
to Comence from Hmas 1708 for four and thirty
Years to make it up even wth her other Lease
advanceing £16 P And wch wth the Old Rent being
£14 P Ann makes mall £30 P Ann paying £50 Downe
And a Covenant to New build the front houses in
4 Years from the Date hereof according to the
Second Rate of Building by Act of Parliamt.
