and whippd him wth a horse whipp upon his That
and hath not Instructed him in his Trade of
Cutting of Gloves Tho hee hath Served five Years
And Daniel Carey one other of the apprentices of the
said Hopher Greene likewise be Declared That hee ever
Tashed him and beat him wth a Broomstick and
Jno. Harley< no role > one other of the apprentices of the said
Hopher Greene likewise declared That hee beat him
wth a Cane and it likewise appearing to this Court
That the said Hopher Greene< no role > had been very Severe
in beating of Wm. Brooks< no role > who soon afterwards
Dyed and the said Hopher Greene< no role > being called in
and asked what hee had to say for himself relating
to this Ill Usage of his Apprentices seemed to Excuse
himself Saying hee did not beat his Apprentices
Imoderately but confessed the beating of Carry
wth a Broomstick Whereupon this Court doth
Order That the said Hopher Greene for this his
Imoderate Correcon and barbarouse Usage of his
Apprentices be Immediately Expelled this Hosptl.
and hee is hereby Expelled accordingly and Orderd
to clear his goods and Effects from out of this Hosptl
by this day Month and it is further Ordred
That the said Apprentices of the sd Hopher Greene
be delivered over to another Master
