Also Mr Trear Reports that in pursuance of an order
of the 23th of June last the Comittee had mett reviewed their
Report dated the first of the said month and examined all [..] res
relateing thereto and do Find That Thos Ashburner< no role > who was
by Order of this Court dat the 23th Febry 1698 recomended to.
Benja Timme< no role > the Clerk of these Hosplls: had received £265
10s of the Hospll: money wch he had not paid to the sd Benjn
Timme
< no role > and that the sd Benja Timme< no role > was willing to take 2
notes of £65 as money (the little worth) and had likewise
signed the Hosplls bookes and submitted himselfe to the [..]
whether he should be allowed the remaineing £200 & 10s. or any &
what part thereof Whereupon the matter being debated and the
question putt whether the sd Benja Timme< no role > should be allowed
£50. £100: £150: or the said £200 and the Majority was for the sd
£200 Whereupon It is Ordered by this Court that the said-
Benja Timme< no role > Do accept of the sd £65 notes as money and that
he be and accordingly he is hereby acquitted & discharged from
the remaineing £200.
