& Spoke to Mr. Atkins about it who had promised him to deliver to the
peticonr. her Son's Indenture but had not complyed therewth: and had
been Severall times sent for to attend this Court but was always out of
ye. way And being now sent for but not to be found This Court
are pleased to Declare their opinion That the Peticonr. haveing been at
the charge of fitting out her Son ought to receive his wages and
matters of this nature concerning the Governance of the Sd. Hospll. being
under the Orders of this Court and looking upon the sd. within Atkins to
be in Contempt thereof by this Carriage as aforesd. Doe think fitt &

he permitt her to receive his Wages as he tenders the Displeasure

great losses and ye. decay of Trade reduced to a necessity of working
gorney work at his sd. trade of a Taylor & haveing nothing to Assist
towards the maintenance of himself his sd. wife and a child at
Nurse but what he can Earn then by wth. renders him unable to
Continue the Sd. weekly charge This Court Being satisfyed of
ye. poor and low condicon of ye. Petr. Doe Order that Security being
given to pay two Shillings a week for ye. future That then the Same
Shall be reced and ye. Bond for paymt. of 5s. a week be delivered up
