Upon Reading to this Court the Report of Andrew Willaw< no role > Esqr . & Mr:
Fras: Smith< no role > Grocer (Two of the Governors of these Hosplls.) That upon Enquiry they doe find That Robert Bernard< no role >
who was brought up an Apprentice with Francis Browne< no role > weaver one of
the Artsmars . of the Hospll. of Bridewell and Surre made a Freeman of this
Citty by the Approbacon of this Court Is Sett up for himselfe in the Trade
of a weaver and That he hath taken a house in Skinners Street and
worketh on his own Stock & hath the Report amongst his Neighbourhood
of an honest Sober man and a good husband It is Ordered
That Mr. Trear Doe give and pay unto him Tenn pounds of the profitts
of Mr: Locks Gift the better to enable him to carry on his said Trade To
be Allowed Mr: Trear in his next Account.

they doe find That John Clark< no role > who was brought up an Aprentice with
Mr. John Long< no role > late one of the Artsmasters of the Hospll. of Bridewell
and Since made a Freeman of this Citty by the Approbacon of this Court
Is Sett up for himselfe in the Trade of a weaver and hath Four Looms.
at worke And hath the Character of a Sober man an very deserving the
Favour of this Court It is Ordered by this Court That Mr. Trear doe
Give and pay unto him Tenn pounds of the profitts of Mr: Locks gift the bettr.
to enable him to carry on & mannage his said trade to be allowed Mr:
Trear in his next Account.

Walter Powell< no role > Shoe maker one of the Arts masters of the Hospll. of Bridewell
and Since made a Freeman of this Citty by the Approbacon of this
Court Is Sett up for himselfe in the Trade of a Shoemaker and hath
the Character of a Soberman and very deserving the Favour of this
Court It is Ordered by this Court That Mr: Trear doe give and
pay unto him Tenn pounds of the profitts of Mr: Lock's Gift the
better to Enable him to carry on and mannage his said Trade To
be Allowed Mr. Trear in his next Account.
