Upon application to this Court on beghalf of John
Ward
< no role > (an Apprentice of this Hospll.) who has been for
some time by the Recomendacon of this Hospll. an Out
Patient of the Hospll of St. Bartholomew That the said
John Ward< no role > is broke out in severall parts of his body &
in a wasting and decaying Condicon and in Danger in
being Last unless relieved by a Stricter Course. This
Court doth recomend him to the Charity of the said
Hospll. of St. Bartholomew and desire that the Governr.
thereof will be pleased to admitt him into the said
Hospll. towards his Cure.

Also upon the humble Peticon of the four Beadles
and Porters man of the Hospll. of Bridewell praying
that this Court will be pleased to be stow on them
Coales for fireing in regard that provisions and firing
are very Dear and they have wives and Sewell [..]
to maintaine and their Conditions very Low This Court
doth Order that Mr. Trear doe give unto them 20s.
or piece to buy them Coles as a Free Benevoleme of
this Court to be allowed Mr. Trear in his next Acct.
