Also upon reading the Certificate of Mr. James Smith< no role > and
Mr. Wm. Shaw< no role > (two of the Governors of this Hospl.) That upon
Inquiry they doe find That Wm. Almond< no role > and Edward Hankin< no role >
(who were brought upp Apprentices with Richard Swiby< no role > and
John Baron< no role > (two of the Arts Masters of this Hospll.) and since
made Freeman of this Citty by the Approbacon of this Court)
are sett up for themselves neer Fleete Bridge in Fleet Streete
as ptners in their said Trade and have the Report of Soler and
Industrons young men It is Ordered by this Court that Mr.
Trer Baker doe give and pay unto each of them five pounds
out of the profitts of Mr. Locks gift the better to enable them
to manage their Trade To be allowed Mr. Trer in his
next Account.

Also upon the Humble Peticon of Thomas Martin< no role > Cittzen
and weaver of London (who was brought up Apprentice with
Benjamin Harrison< no role > Weaver (one of the Artsmasters of this
Hospll.) and who has here to fore reced Five pounds of Mr. Locks
gift) for some further part thereof the better to enables him
to carry on and manage his and Trade It is Ordered by this
Court that Mr. Trer Baker doe give and pay unto him five
pounds more of Mr. Locks gift to be allowed Mr. Trer in his
next Account.

Beadles & Porters
man their
Gratuitys


Also upon the Humble peticon of the four Beadles and
Porters man in this Hospll. for the usuall gratuity given
unto them of 20s. a piece for the halfe yeare ending at Lady
day last It is Ordered That Mr. Trer Baker doe pay unto
each to them Twenty Shillings to be allowed Mr. Trer in his
next Accounts.

Baskett men
of Bethlem
their Gratuities


Also upon the Humble Peticon of the three Baskett men
of the Hospll. Bethlem for their usuall gratuityes of
Twenty Shillings a piece for the halfe yeare ending at Lady
day last It is Ordered That Mr. Trer Baker doe pay unto
each of them Twenty Shillings to be allowed Mr. Trer in
his next Account.
