Clench< no role > being here nominated for one of them to be
Elected Physitian for the Hospitall of Bethlem for
the yeare ensueing And they being put in Election It
Appeared plainly by plurality of hands That the sd
Dr Tyson is thereunto duly Elected And thereupon It
is Ordered by this Court That the said Dr Tyson
Remaine and be Physitian for the said Hospitall
for the yeare Ensueing.
