she was left on provided for and cast upon upon the kindness of
her Brother who by his last Will. made some years Since (when
he had entertained some misapprehensions concerning her) left her
only a Legacy of £300 But having Since been reced into her Brother
Favour he hath often declared his respect towards her, and that
he would doe well for her of which his intencons he was prvented
by an unexpected Death Humbly Praying therefore the favr.
of this Court to make some addition to her said Legacy in such
way and propocon as this Court should thinks fitt in respect to soe
worthy a Bone factor to these Hospll. as the aforesaid Mr.

the prmisses This Court doth thinke fitt and Soe Order That the
Consideration of this Peticon be referred to the Trustees named by
the Will of the said Mr. Fowke in behalfe of these Hospll. and of
Christ's Hospll. aforesaid And the Trustees of these Hospitalls
are desired to Robert what shall be done or Resolved in the
prmisses to the next Court.
