And the Said Francis Ryley< no role > Offering and Proposing to make
discovery of the Same Soe as he may be Encouraged thereunto
by being assured of one Third part of what Shall be gotten
or recovered by the Said Hospitall by meanes there of It
is Ordered by this Court That he (making Such Discovery
to the Right Worspll the Presidt. of these Hosplls) Shall have
and Receine One full third part of what Shall be Recovered
& Received to ye use of ye sd Hospll thereby.

Also Upon the humble peticon of John Feathers< no role > and
William Tanner< no role > (who were brought up Apprentices in the
Hospll of Bridewell & Since made freemen of the Citty of
London by the approbacon of this Court & who have hereto fore recd
£5 a peice of mr Locks Gift) for £5 a peice more. Upon
Reading an Order of this Court heretofore made. That the
Said John Feathers< no role > and William Tanner< no role > [..] & Some
others in ye Same Order menconed in respect of their rude
demeanr towards this Court & the proceedings thereof Should
have noe further part of Mr Locks gift, It is Ordered
That the Sd Order be Observed & their dpeticons dismisd.

& Jno Bolton< no role > to
be Inquired of


Also Upon the Severall humble peticons of Moses
Ransome
< no role > who was brought upon Apprentice in this Hospll
with John Long< no role > Weaver and of John Bolton< no role > who was
brought up Apprentice wth Wm Lee Weaver & both of them
Since made free by the approbacon of this Court and Sett up
for themselves in their sd Trades the Said Moses Ransome< no role >
in Goreenes Yard in Tower Street in ye parish of St Giles in
the fields , and the Sd John Bolton< no role > in Butchers Alley in St
Johns Street as they Alleadge . for Some part of mr
Locks Gift the better to Enable them to carry on their
Said Trades It is Ordered by this Court That Justice
Lugg [..] and mr Meredale (Two of the Governrs of this
Hospitall) be Desired to Inquire of the Said Moses Ransome< no role >
And That mr Pennyman and mr Gossfright of Clerkenwell-
Green (two other of the Governors of this Hospll) be Desired
to Inquires of ye Sd John Bolton< no role > whither they be Soe Sett up
for themselves in their respective Trades and of their
behaviour & hopefullness therein and to make Report
thereof to the next Court.
