Tents in Water Street

Upon the Reading the Report of the Comittee for
the Hospll of Bridewell touching Severall of the
said Hosplls Tenants in Waster Street and of the
Severall Prosposalls of Mr Francis Godman< no role > and Mr
James Cooke< no role > for the taking of Leases from the said
Hospll. It is Thought fitt by this Court That the
matter of the said Report and Proposalls be Referred
back to the said Comittee who are Desired to create
with the said Tenants and proposers and to Report
to this Court what Termes the can make with them
but not to Conclude any thing till further Order from
this Court

Also Upon the humble Peticon of Mr. Edward Frank< no role >
for a mitigacon of the weeklye payment of five shillings
for Rachell Frank< no role > a Lunatick in the Hospll of Bethlem
And It not Appearing how the Account stands with related
to the said Lunatick It is Ordered That Mr Frank attend
at the next Court, at which time This Court will Consider
the matter of the said Peticon
