Clauses in Condicons of bonds for the sd. hospitall
That then the same shalbe accepted and his
Bond for paymt. of five shillings a weeke shalbe
delivered up to be Cancelled

is become bound to pay Three shillings a weeke
for his some Jacob Arthur< no role > a Lunatike in the
hospital of Bethlem It is ordered by this Combe
That hoe becomeing bound to pay Twoe shillings
a weeke for the future for his keeping there
Thort then the same shal be accepted and the
bone for paymt. of Three Shillings a weeke
shal be delivered up to be cancelled

to be holden for this hospitall

made a Freeman of this Citty by the approbam
